LOL Donovan and Smith played around 4 minutes each, roughly 1-2% of the entire game.

That might be a little similar but I think Regin gets in on the forcheck better then Alfi did at his age, perhaps better period.

Yeah, it'll be nice when he fills out.

I feel bad for Donovan. He sat at the end of the bench for almost 4 periods of hockey. And what about Zack Smith? The one shift he gets sent out on in the third, Crosby scores.

Is that just poor roster management by Clouston?

SensGal wrote:It does suck that that goal was disallowed. I think it was good. It was the same goal as Sedin's goal the other night.

McLean showed the DVD the league sent out to explain the rule. Two examples of "good" goals clearly show the war-room guys were out to lunch tonight and in that Vancouver game.

Karlsson played 40 mins tonight... a 19 year old kid just played 40 mins in the playoffs, I dont even know if that has ever been done by a 19 year old defenseman. Just amazing.

The slacker. He had 11 on AO in just three regulation!

The mistakes are understandable for a rookie defenseman who hasn't even played a full regular season schedule yet!!!!

Karlsson has 16 points in his last 13 games. PLAYOFF GAME DAY: Game 5: Ottawa Senators (1) @ Pittsburgh Penguins (3) - 7:00pm ET - Thu. Apr. 22nd, 2010 - Page 42 805406

This one is going back to Ottawa for one more go at it.

I did not think I would ever watch a game with refereeing as biased as that Women's Olymppic Gold Medal Game in Salt Lake City, but this one probably comes close. Anyone thinking the fix was not int, I feel sorry for *YOU*.

Are you joking me? Even in a win you still complain? Sometimes I'm so embarrassed to be a Sens fan...

Go ahead an be embarrassed. In a few years you'll know what life is all about. I'm not gonna take offense as you're still a kid.

I think the complaint is legitimate. Cullen getting hauled down on that pseudo-breakaway...come on. The ref couldn't have had a better vantage point on the play. And he botched the call. I don't believe that the NHL is controlling the refereeing, but is it possible that the botched refereeing is a result of corruption inside the officiating ranks?

And Crosby tripping (slew-footing?) Phillips behind the net? It went on the whole night. It was embarrassingly bad.
