Only other player would be Karlsson, which is a bummer cuz he's starting to come around. However, I wonder if the sens are planning on letting karlsson participate in the world jrs...even though he's not in Bingo. I really wouldn't mind if they did.

That's the question, yeah.

EDIT: Bryan Murray needs to make a trade. Healthy competition is good, but we have Lee and Campoli as extras. Potentially too many back there (and few that are top 4).

Murray said he'll decide if Karlsson goes to the WJC at the end of this week.

If Campoli comes out for Picard I'm fine with that. Picard has more points in fewer games than Campoli. That's healthy competition and right now Picard is winning.

On the other hand, a case can be made for sitting Karlsson. With all his amazing play he has 4 assists in 16 games. Being slightly better than Shannon (5 in 22) is not enough. And with all that never-making-the-same-mistake-twice he's still 3rd worst on the team in +/-, just one point ahead of Cheechoo and Michalek, who have played nearly twice as many games.

I'm just being a devil's advocate here, so don't try to convince that my opinion is wrong

Agreed. There have been a few "should be" games lately, though.

This had better not be close. I have a Christmas Party to go to and I'll only be able to check once in a while. It better be good news...



A nice 5-1 game would be nice. For the Sens please.
