The only 1-way Lee has the potential to get after this season is a 1-way ticket to Russia. He won't be signed on a 1-way when he still hasn't proven he's an NHL calibre defenseman. I'll be pissed if he spends the majority of the season in Bingo and then magically comes out of it with a Diddling 1-way contract.
Ummm, I think he will get a one way, 2 year deal kinda thing for 500K per. Most young D men like that do get their one way deals after entry level. Look at Picard.
If he plays his way onto the team this season, then thats fine. But if he doesn't (which I'm not sure he can) then he absolutely shouldn't be given a 1-way contract.
