I figured you would... that's why I put him there... actually Fisher and Regin definitely deserve a chance... it Fisher still sucks by december, I will resume my hatred.

Well he is getting a full camp in and isnt playing catch up. I think Fisher has a really solid year and provides some secondary along with Kovalev. Regin has looked amazing playing up the middle with him for sure... I'll question everything Ottawa Senators if he doesnt crack the lineup.

Fisher isn't playing center with Regin... hm... that changes things. So Fisher will be on the 3rd line... that's a decent 3rd line.

Fisher has a rebound season and gets back to his regular 50+ point seasons and racks up 25+ goals.

This will be seen as "hate" or whatever but this statement illustrates how we tend to inflate Fishers accomplishments. He is a mythical figure in Ottawa in the truest sense.

Here's the deal. Mike Fisher has never put up 50 pts. in the NHL. Fire at will...

Luckily, Regin appears to be a pretty special player. He knows where the puck will be before it gets there and it appears he knows where Fisher will be before Fisher knows where he will be. This combo looks to have some magic.

Im not calling anyone 3rd line in Ottawa. It's 2A and 2B. If Foligno/Regin/Fisher put up 70 goals between them and Cheechoo/Shannon/Kovalev do the same, then who is the 3rd line? It's pretty complete up front and very deep.

That 4th line could very well be the best in the league as well, they get anyhwere near 20 plus goals as a combination it was a good year.

That's fair.. I can see the Sens rolling out 4 lines similar to what the Wings do... I also like Shannon with Kovy and Cheechoo together.

Do you know for a fact he wasn't hurt?

Fact? No. But he was on the bench just a minute later, cirping away at the Boston players and smiling like he got away with something. His own team-mates didn't think he was hurt if you go by their reactions.

Clearly he's not when everyone watching thought he was faking.

Drops like he got shot, then takes his next shift.

He shoulda been handed an unsportsmanlike for that.

The best scenario will be that Ottawa wins the Cup. Shortly thereafter, Dany Heatley, while watching from home has his head explode.

No... his meltdown is caught on video and promptly uploaded to Youtube where it lives forever...

Neil Checks Heatley at centre ice, Heatley loses the puck, Spezza takes it, passes to Michalek who scores the GWG. We are in Game 7 of the SCF in OT btw.

To be honest, I thought he dislocated his shoulder. The way he was lying I could not see one of his arms at all.
