I think Marsh was forced out...

Bert's Bar is all Melnyk.

He wasn't forced out- he just didn't want to renew the lease. It may be because it was too expensive, hence forcing him out- but I think with his place in Centrepointe he's going to focus there.

Yeah... the "force out" was subtle I think. The lease was up, renewal was probably too high and it sounded like they wanted to go in a different direction. This was all raised back in March.

We'll probably never know the real details... unless someone is a good friend of Brad... but they went in different directions and we'll see if Bert's Bar works out or not.

Well, I can speak from the speaking with someone very close to the situation that Brad was forced out. More or less he was told he wouldn't have an option to renew the lease and that when it was over he wouldn't be allowed back and they were moving in another direction.

To be honest, other than game days and the odd big concert the place was empty.
