OK, the NBC deal is $200M, split 30 ways (not sure if it's that egalitarian in the boardroom) that's another $6.7M. Then I suppose they will get a nice slice of that revenue sharing pie, so maybe another $15M? Add it all up, and you're getting close to $45M. Not sure if that average ticket price included parking, but assuming they charge $5 and 1.5 per car, that's another $1.6-2M. Concessions? No idea, but you can easily spend another $20 per person, and that's got to be at least 50% profit after paying the staff, so throw in another nearly $5M. So we are talking $52M or somewhere in that neighborhood. So that should cover the payroll assuming the new floor is under $50M. But you still have a ton of expenses to cover (41 away games means 15*41 hotel rooms plus 30*41 tickets -- mostly plane).
