Sorry SF71, that Alyssa Milano avatar is just too hot. 🐰

I do it all for everyone's viewing pleasure, and she has an ottawa shirt on, that raises her hot quotient up by 10, not that she needs it.

He's still very young so I'm not worried about him filling out.

BTW anybody watch the Wings-Sharks game last night? Detroit is getting scary again. Conklin has turned into their #1--he's strong. Zetterberg scored two amazing goals, especially the short handed marker where he did a 360 in front of the net and rifled it.

I'm starting to see another Cup in The Motor City.

the only question mark might be there goaltending, their forwards are only rivalled by Boston and SJ. The only reason I don't like Detroit winning is Hossa getting a cup, mind you, if he does, maybe then he will disappear to the KHL forever.

Conklin is The Man this year...he just snuck up on everybody. He was solid in PIT before that. Ray Shero must be kicking himself for letting him go.

Nobody plays the puck possession game better than the Wings. The Sharks aren't pushovers, and Detroit kept them from getting the quality scoring chances they needed.

Detroit is proving again that you don't need a money goalie to win it all. They've won cups with Osgoode and could very well win one with Conklin. If this allows Conklin to cash in on a lesser team I expect that new team to be in for a surprise when he's shown not to be an all star.

Tell us about your new skates...though Alyssa Milano is distracting me.

I like Conklin, consistant and a good team guy. Not a world beater by any means, but solid.

Conks IS a money goalie...he saved the Pens' butts last year when Fleury conked out.

And he'll probably re-sign in Detroit, unless they sign Khabibulin in June--and even then...

He's a cheap backup to anyone honestly, never complains either from what I have seen, so has to be a really good teammate. Any word on how Clemmensen is taking the news of being demoted now Brodeur is back? or was Weekes the odd man out?

Clemmer was sent down because the Devs had that option to make room on the roster.

Weekes might be shopped.
