I have no idea why they signed him.

Sens, let ruutu go and keep neil.

If the Sens let Ruuto go they should be able to get a decent return for him as there aren't many quality agitators out there. That being said I prefer to keep him as the Sens haven't had a quality agitator since Varada Vaclav.

Vaclav Varada you mean? :lol!:

Ooops, you passed the late night blunder test.

Hey maybe now we can rid ourselves of Chris Kelly?

^I've always liked Kelly. Fortunately, we have Vermette who can do many of the same things and has a higher offensive upside and shorter term deal. You can argue that Vermette's trade value is better, but I'd still rather unload Kelly if we need cap space.

Playing in Switzerland, apparently he likes chocolate flavoured Ovaltine. Marty Gerber's on his way to join him.

I think it was started a few years ago during the Sens playoff run. One of the guys from the Sun called McAmmond's alter ego Hank. His alter ego being the occasional player who would have that extra fire in his belly and score goals and hit opposing players. I think he even got in a fight one night. I cant remember any more specifics, but that is the just of it.

His alter-ego is Hank, which is a take off on Jim Carrey's in Me, Myself and Irene - which was also called Hank.

I'm embarrassed that I even know that. :geek:

I believe Hank came about in his time during the Flames.

It was hilarious. Come to think of it, I could totally watch that again.

Angry McAmmond was awesome.

I remember that time where he was something like benched the entire game, came out for the shoot-out and just wired it top-corner. He didn't celebrate, either, he just came back glaring and stone-faced.

It's really too bad about the concussions.
