Bored at work, so I wanted to do a write-up on my Top 10 Sens prospects.

To qualify, these players must be eligible for the Calder Trophy next season (25 games or less in each preceding season, nor six or more in any two preceding seasons, 26 years old or younger).

1. Jean-Gabriel Pageau
2. Matt Puempel
3. Cody Ceci
4. Stefan Noesen
5. Mark Stone
6. Shane Prince
7. Mike Hoffman
8. Mark Borowiecki
9. Andre Petersson
10. Mikael Wikstrand

IMO

Pageau
Noesen
Stone
Hoffman
Peumpel
Ceci
Prince
Boroweicki (limited upside, only reason he's that low)
Dreidger
Claeson

Give it a month and add the 1st rounder to that top 10 list.

Okay, I'm going for it:

1.Jean-Gabriel Pageau
2.Stefan Noesen
3.Mark Stone
4.Shane Prince
5.Cody Ceci
6.Chris Driedger
7.Matt Puempel
8.Mark Borowiecki
9.Mike Hoffman
10.Fredrik Claesson

HM:
Michael Sdao
Mikael Wikstrand

I put Pageau in the first spot until he does something to no longer deserve it. You come up and play that well in you NHL debut....there's something to that.

I wanted to get Sdao and Wikstrand in there pretty bad.

EDIT: To me, the guy to really watch out for is Prince. Gonna be amazing in the AHL and gonna earn an NHL call up.

Dreidger is the guy I think will find himself climbing the prospect ranks for sometime.

So we gonna fill out this list or is this just for the blind fans of the Sens?

I had it all typed out, don't know what happened. I didn't save it so I have to re-do. It will come in time!

eff it, no writeup, you all ruined it giving your rankings!

my ranking is above. You can ask why I had certain guys somewhere if you want. Puempel is probably the only big deviation

Meh, Puempel at #2 isn't that big of a reach, you can mix the 2-6 around anyway you would like and you probably wouldn't be right or wrong. Should have Dreidger on there though, he's going to be an NHL goaltender at some point.

Puempel could destroy the AHL - if he had a C to set him up, which I don't think he will.

Maybe you're right on Driedger, I really like him but I can't evalute goalies and they take so long and are just so different that I always group them separately. He'd be an HM here.
