Playoff Pool

The trick is to just stop watching the standings and the SIM results for about a week thinking your done and out of the running. Come back and you'll be on an 8-1-1 run. It worked for me

Yeah...that's too much probably...

I don't know, it's up to everyone, I'm fine with doing the entries on the pool website. But if you all think it's too much, I'll cut it down to half of that. 19 or 20 players.

Yeah, I've made up 18 boxes, plus a dark horse box and a section to pick your MVP of the playoffs. Then there's 2 boxes of goalies, east and west. You can choose 1 from each box.

The 18 boxes of players I was going to give the option to pick 2 players per box, the boxes have 6 - 7 players per.

The choices are definitely tough to choose from for the most part.

Example:

Box 1 Centers

Sidney Crosby
Joe Thornton
Nicklas Backstrom
Henrik Sedin
Pavel Datsyuk
Evgeni Malkin

Box 7 W

Alex Ovechkin
Daniel Sedin
Alex Semin
Patrick Marleau
Patrick Kane
Marian Gaborik

It's a one-time pick process, yeah. It'll be easy as 1-2-3, literally. Again, anyone who doesn't play in this one is yellow.

If this is a pick-once pool I just might join in. I assume the deadline is puck drop?

5pm Wednesday if possible, I'll try to get them all online by puck drop. If that's not enough time, puck drop is fine, as long as it's I'll say 6:59pm at the latest. Assuming there are no games starting before that.

Corrected spreadsheet file from SG11 has been uploaded.

It is ready to go, it's also on page 1 of this thread. I will also (or SpezD) send out a mass PM for anyone else who is interested.

Just picking from boxes, 2 players per box, except for the Dark Horse box and the Goalie boxes, only 1 from those.
