Well, they took back Backes in addition to getting the 1st.

Well, they took back Backes in addition to getting the 1st.  
But they also got a very decent prospect which makes up for backes

Those are the people that don’t want him traded and want him to be paid $5 million a year as a 3C when the time comes that we have an actual nhl roster.

I’m thinking a 3rd rounder or a prospect.

I doubt he gets us a 2nd rounder but who knows .

Naw. I think they'll do better. If Toronto is interested I can see them trading salary back and throwing in someone like petan . If the return is just a 4th the trade would have already been done by now. Maybe they try to add hainsey or something too. Who knows

Yeah, I think Dorion is trying to get a 2nd also.
I wouldn’t be surprised if an AHL DMan doesn’t get sent our way in a trade also. I’m thinking that’s got to be on Dorion’s mind to try and boost Belleville

I used to think Petan could be a top 6 player. I’m not so sure anymore. He’d have to be an afterthought to a trade. Like an add on.
