canes win over isles... what a playoff we're seeing. I literally cannot predict the outcome of the games right.

i wish it was like this more often though. we'd have a better chance at winning.

Yesterday on the radio (may have been 690, not 1200) heard them talking about whether this is good or bad for hockey. I mean not having any of the Division leaders still in after round one, and the former winners knocked out. And one guy specifically mentioned "So what happens if you've got a 0-0 score, Islanders versus Hurricanes, going into the third period? Are you still interested?" Guy was a prophet.

i'm more interested this year than i am when it's the same teams year after year. i like the different match ups. seeing this many upset this year is Epic to me. but i also wouldn't compare myself to the average hockey fan.

I’m really not interested anymore. Especially the Carolina series which I have zero interest in seeing. The west series are a lot more interesting at least.

Mrazek with the 67s connection. Other than that I don't know or care about any if the Canes players.

And, of course, Lehner at the other end.

There's a little bit of interest from the Isles moving further along than Tavares (and Trotz and Capitals).

Are the Canes the incarnation of the Sens from two years ago? Lead the series 2-0 for now.

I don’t want to garantie anything too soon but it seems to me that whoever wins between Boston and Columbus is pretty much likely to make the finals.

Some of my favourite players are in that series. Pulock, Lehner, Svechnikov hopefully returns healthy, Aho and Hamilton. I’d love to see the winner of this series in the Stanley Cup Final.

I don't mind some of the players, but I have found it quite boring so far. Different strokes.

I would like to Boston vs Colorado or Dallas, but don't care that much who makes it or wins this year.

Speaking of Boston. I’m sorry but Marchand is out of order. This isn’t playoff hockey at this point, it’s gutless. The league should do something about it.

Yeah, he has a history and should probably get a game suspension for that punch.

Right at the end they lined up for what looked like another one of their Storm Surges, but they cut it off and switched to the Dallas game. So they are still doing them?

With Curtis McEhlinney in net...amazing. It's cool though, that crowd in Carolina is unbelievable. Just such a great atmosphere.
