Is it too late to change my pick to Bruins in 7? I’ve seen the errors of my ways. Facepalm

They had it right there for the taking...

The Blues had a very good first period, but Rask was in #beastmode. After Binnington let in that terrible bouncing 2nd goal, it was, as they say in Boston, ovaaaaah.

Has Rask had back to back beasmode games this post season? Binnington just had very good games after a loss.

Congrats Tim and blues. That felt underwhelming for a series that went 7

So I think that makes it 12-9 for home teams winning G7 overall, but the last 3 wins went to the road team. I wonder what is the overall record for Cup winning games (forget G7). How often is the Cup won at home versus on the road?

Why thank you. I feel somewhat worthy of winning the pool since I did pick St Louis in every round. They were the hottest team heading into the playoffs and had a red hot goalie as well.

That Final was strangely underwhelming considering it went 7 games. The first half of the game was great, with Binnington making a pile of great saves at least. It sucks when games like this aren't close late...unless it's your team with the big lead.

Something smelled off about Rask last night.

yeah, I was watching wondering if Binnington could keep it up. I bet Boston feels terrible as they seem to have the upper hand most of the first and the second. just goes to show that a hot goalie can really have an impact. a team like Philly and Calgary should take note. Anderson can be that guy. if he gets hot, he gets hot.

well, I'm glad the Blues won, it was strange to be cheering with everyone in a bar for once. guess everyone disliked the Bruins
