Though I didn't post it, I had:

Tampa
Pittsburgh
Boston
Washington
St. Louis
Colorado
Nashville
Vegas

Colorado was my only real upset. I thought the series would go to seven. Colorado top-line was too dominant in the regular season, and the Flames had goaltending questions. Turns out goaltending wasn't really an issue - Calgary just couldn't find the back of the net.

( I know, might be wishful thinking but the pens aren’t what they used to be)

(This really could be a toss up, could go either way)

All and all I’m not sure I feel washington making it all the way back to the finals. I have a feeling the finals could be Tampa Vegas and that suits me fine.
I’ll be in Vegas for the weekend of 25-26th of May and it be fun to see the atmosphere.

I guess I missed quite the come back last night. But not for the blue team from down the road.

I have a feeling both the Bruins and Sharks could be in so much trouble in round 2. Bruins, especially.

The Vegas/Sharks game last night was pretty much the craziest game I've ever seen. Vegas up 3-0 in the 3rd, they take a (really bad) 5 minute major for crosschecking, the Sharks score 3 times on the PP to tie things up and then again later to go ahead 4-3 before Vegas ties it again at 4. Then SJ wins it in OT. I'm exhausted this morning, but man...it was worth it! The major penalty was total BS. Feel bad for Vegas.

Oh, and goodbye Blue Team!

Even though the East has not been decided, 1st game of round 2 goes tomorrow night. Rust versus rest as the Bruins, coming off a game 7 win welcome the Blue Jackets, who have been keeping busy with intra-squad scrimmages.

Over in the West Dallas heads to St. Louis, while Colorado asks the age old question: Do You Know the Way to San Jose?

Picks are due before puck drop on Thursday.

crazy, last time I checked on the Vegas game I thought it was a shoo-in for the win. I guess Mark Stone stops having fun at this point. this is not the playoffs we were expecting. it's exciting!
