He was pretty much thrown into the end of the season and then the playoffs. It's not like bingo saw much playoff action. This is just a fine learning curve. Unless Chabot is playing 15-20 mins a night there is no point rushing him in. Worst thing they can do is kill his confidence at the NHL level. It's a huge jump from the Q to the NHL. I don't see the harm in letting him take a baby step.
