Condon should have played one game. Anderson has cost us some points. Hopefully he is actually good in the playoffs

It's really weird that Andy and Price both played back to back. I also wish Condon had gotten a start. Of course, if the Sens had won both I wouldn't be complaining.

Anderson consistently lets in stinkers and is always hurt or missing

That's an obvious exaggeration.

Important games. Something the Ottawa players clearly didn't understand.

It might have something to do with being matched against the other teams top offensive players.  Just saying.

Overmatched, more like.

When Price made that save it was 2-1 and the Sens were being outshot mercilessly. Turris lifts that puck even a foot off the ice and it's a tie game.

Next game is our most likely first round match up.  From here on out Montreal has a very light schedule. We're not catching them.

Andy wasn't at his best, but neither was almost anyone else. Strange.

It is likely the team is having a letdown because they feel they locked up a playoff spot.   I expect a game or 2 more before they start picking it up again.

well they kinda have locked up a spot. I don't expect teams to be going hard the last few weeks. There's pretty much one playoff spot up for grab in the entire league (WC2 in East)

There's still a chance Ottawa could catch them. They play them in MTL this weekend and if they win it's a whole new race. I initially wanted the Habs to take first but, with the way the Bruins have been playing lately vs. the way the Rangers have been sputtering I'm thinking I'd rather the Sens face the Rangers.

There is a mathematical chance of catching them but, realistically, without taking at least two of three head to head we were not catching them. Their schedule is just that soft.

If they win the game in hand they have 2 points to make up in 10 games. Very doable if they get back to winning. Remember when they were beating everybody? If they get back to that it doesn't matter what the Habs schedule looks like.

I don't think we are disagreeing -- I said that they still have a mathematical chance at catching them.

I think they have a realistic chance to catch them not just a mathematical chance. A mathematical chance implies that it's possible but not likely doesn't it?

there are no soft games at this time of year. This is when all the bad teams start winning. Teams have nothing to play for right now.
