Since you didn't specify *which* Monday ...

You also forgot a countdown to the lottery thread. 20 days to go now. Maybe even a lottery-day thread (LDT).

Said Pageau about the win: "I like dat when we do dat."

So do we, JG... so do we.

It's like the team was auditioning for a new coach or something.

Although, to be fair, Hammond played pretty well. Yes, they got him a nice lead, but from the mid-point of the game they were outplayed pretty much in all areas (except short-handed-empty-net-scoring).

I agree, you should have 7 threads going then by "this" Monday. Chop chop.

That's pretty amazing. I have no idea why his SV% was so abysmal on the PK (although the PK was 4 for 4 yesterday, right?) Best 5v5 SV% and worst (or it was, at one time) on the PK.

No one take this the wrong way, but when I started looking deeper at goalies for fantasy purposes, I found that tracking 5v5 SV% was the best indicator of future success. That's the reason that I've drafted Holtby for the last few years (and now have him in my keeper league).

I'm not saying that Hammond will be the next Holtby, but I am saying that I know of no better stat to imply future success for a goaltender.

That makes a lot of sense

Better than Lazar ever was. Neil deserves a lot of credit for being a real contributor to Dzingel's success.
