Is Turris an ideal #2? Probably. Can he be a #1 and is he? Yah he is IMO but the talent around him is lacking for sure and there still are not clear, defined roles outside of Karlsson and Turris.

what to do, what to do, what to do....
If they are willing to scratch Cowen for Borowiecki you have to believe that they would be willing to trade him. Maybe I am talking out of my a$$ here but I wonder if that's actually the case?

Kidding but Maclean is not a good coach. His Jack adams was a mirage. Vets need to go and so do the coaches. Get Ray shero, get Dan Bylsma, and let's get it going.

That GWG was Boro and Gryba. No matter how solid they are for a bottom pairing, they will have moments like these because they are not skilled enough.

The Boro/Gryba pairing is one that needs to be managed better in game and I believe that is Jason Smith's job. Too often they were out against the Tavares line and the Sens were hemmed in the zone for long stretches. They would try and put Legwand/Condra out there to support but there was a lot of down low pressure. And the PK was garbage.
