I had already nailed the coffin shut, put the coffin in a poured concrete mold, sealed that, dropped it in the hole and was already shovelling dirt on it at this point.

I was as optimistic as anyone, but that ship sailed a couple losses ago.

I'll be at the Canadian Tire Coffin tonight. Leaving in about a half hour, grab some food there.

OK, should have planned it better -- what restaurants (for the next time) will offer a shuttle to and from the arena? Local (Kanata) ones. And what time do the shuttles usually leave for the rink (i.e. when should I plan to eat). I think for the next game I'll save myself the $12 parking and save some "driving" time and eat out. Just not sure which places do this best.

Gonna wear my "Emery" practice jersey (picked one up at one of those game/practice worn sales for $50 -- an authentic jersey, #1, goalie cut -- sleeves are huge). I'll eventually get it altered to a normal cut and then I'll have a great jersey to wear whenever. Right now the sleeves do tend to get in the way.
