The Blackhawks are in town for their second game against the Sens in a week. The Blackhawks took the first game 2-1 on the back of their 3rd string goalie, Scott Darling, in his first NHL game, and generally outplaying the Senators. Chicago outshot Ottawa 45-33. Ottawa's lone goal came off a flukey play involving blatant referee interference.

Chicago has three goalies on this road trip with them - unsure who will start for them tonight. Antti Raanta might actually get the start for Chicago, as Crawford is day-to-day with an upper body injury.

It's likely a safe assumption that Cowen will remain in the lineup after not making any major screwups versus the BJs a couple nights ago, especially since Borowiecki might not be able to suit up thanks to getting run from behind into the boards against the BJs. Anderson is likely to get the start in goal.

Game time is 7:30pm, and it's on TSN5.

Lehner's wife is giving birth, Anderson is starting. Andrew Hammond will be the backup.

Nice to see young Hammy finally get a shot.

Gotta say that Hoffman/Lazar/Stone is interesting...just hope they don't get exposed too much against Chicago. Great potential though.

I'd actually move Lazar between Michalek and Chiasson, and let ZBad centre Stone and Hoffman, but that's me.

No Lehner, no Boro, no (Chicago) hope. Game over, man.

Admittedly, you look at the matchup on paper, and you just hope it's competitive.

Matrix may have to steal this one for us.

Chicago has been nothing special and they're on the road. We'll be fine.

Chicago's lost a lot of close games against good teams.

I watched them play our team four days ago and they were clearly better than us. Therefore, there is a reason to be pessimistic about our chances tonight.

We're at home though and they still will be without Crawford.

Crawford wasn't in goal last time either...your arguments presented this morning, Ev, can be categorized as nothing more than "poor". Sorry.
