Campbell is a guy that makes sense in Ottawa but his ticket is still huge.

Rumours and talk is starting to roll out of Edmonton now about a trade being imminate. MacTavish last year was asking for absolutely stupid prices that no one in their right mind would pay for players Edmonton has developed and played over the last 5 years. We'll see if MacTavish finally comes back to earth and actually makes a deal that makes sense.

If the Sens could grab a guy like Perron for Cowen, that would be a solid deal.

I am a big fan of Mr. David Perron. Reasonable cap hit of $3.8M through next season, and he fills a need on LW.

Not sure it's the right time to give up on Cowen, but on the other hand, his value might just continue to plummet.
