Holy Shart! Sounds like Komorov's deal is just shy of $3M x 4.

EDIT: I really can't get over this. Why pay so much? I guess it isn't all that different from the Greening deal, but Greening has scored more than 4 NHL goals. Facepalm

How many of these contracts today are bought out in a couple of years?

Everyone is praising Tim Murray today. Brought it some good players BUT they were 20M below the floor. He had to.

I know compliance buyouts are done. But teams with money will buyout if they want players to go away.
