It will be a quantity for quality deal and that's what the Sens need.

tarasanko, rattie, shattenkirk
for spezza and wier.

You are probably looking at something like Berglund, Rattie, and a 2014 1st for Spezza. Maybe they can snag Shattenkirk our of there if they send a guy like Wiercioch back with Spezza as well.
So yah, Spezza Wiercioch for Berglund, Rattie, Shattenkirk, and 2014 1st will be pretty close if indeed he becomes a Blue.
be prepared to be pleasantly surprised by more. sure the guy has his downfall but there's a lot of teams that would love him on board in a supporting role and it won't be just one team going after his services.Ev wrote:Spezza and pick or prospect for Berglund + Shattenkirk
or just Shattenkirk straight up

St Louis is ready to win now no doubt, and would like a more proven talent than another young guy in the line up, but I just don't see them wanting Spezza, can't see how he would fit their game...
I think you saw the blues trade the only two they deemed expendable at the deadline.
But Ott may be had.......in a package of course
