I think it will be JOB. Way better suited for the 4th line in the NHL and he's been a good soldier.

Not surprising. Again I will say Grant or JOB, they are paying JOB an NHL salary as well so it makes sense on that level. All depends I guess but Grant is damn close.

JOB costs them nothing extra as he is on a one-way. If Pageau continues to get 3:02 ice time then he will be sent down as well. Melnyk will save so much money that he could even entertain the idea of getting a haircut.

Diddle I wanted Pageau to succeed this year. Looks like he needs some confidence building time.

No. If it's JOB then it's because P-Mac isn't making the decision. No-one knows what went on but JOB was in the Walrus' dog-igloo. But he is a good penalty killer and that's a skill they are missing.

I'd be shocked if it weren't Zib called up. I know it's either third or fourth line duties but I'd rather have Zib with the puck on his stick in those situations than anyone else. And if he really is a Mike Fisher comparable then 3rd line duties is what he should be playing.

Give Pageau until the end of the weekend to see where he's at. He's definitely struggled thus far but for all we know he's a solid home player and maybe not so great on the road.

Next up for the Sens... a visit from the Oilers on Saturday afternoon... 2:00pm start... gotta keep the momentum going...

We're having dinner with friends and are thinking of going to the restaurant in Brookstreet. Wonder if we'll see any Oilers (with an afternoon game tomorrow you'd figure they'd be there already). And if not the Oilers, maybe some puck bunnies.

No. That's not a lesson at all. He needs to be passed over a few times. Christmas or more likely January he can come up - if it was me in charge.
