Remember that reporter asking Therrien if he was considering putting in Budaj after the 6-1 loss. And he said something like, "Are you serious???! No, Price will start, come on."

I remember hearing this and saying what an a$$hole he is, Budaj will certainly hear that (as well as his parents -- no #rispeck). You never say anything like this because you never know when you might need someone's help. So Budaj comes in not only cold, not only in OT, but with his coach's words ringing in his ear. And what's worse, if Price couldn't continue in OT, while he was still warm, what are the chances that it miraculously gets better? Usually strains like this get worse the next morning.

Yeah, I was sure that was coming back.

Habs fans summary:
- NHL gave that win to the Sens
- goal was kicked in by Zib
- interference on the game tying goal
- brutal officiating favouring the Sens
- icing calls favoured the Sens

I'll admit there were some odd icing calls, but please, the rest is just whining.

In fact, on that Karlsson icing, we ended up taking the puck all the way back and starting from our end.

Karma is the perfect way to describe this game.

There was no interference. This isn't intramural ball hockey, it's the playoffs. The icing calls, don't know, they *were* icings, but if Karlsson dove he could have gotten to that puck, but why would he? And Gonchar on the one before, he's an old man. Bottom line, you don't ice the puck, simple as that.

As for the Zibby goal, I've gone on record that I don't like it. Angling the foot -- to me -- is the same as soccer. It's not hockey. But at least in this case he did get the stick on it, so it was stick-skate-in. I'll take it, since it's allowed, but I won't cry if they get rid of it.

We've all been on the other end of the complaining. It's not going to change anything. I liked Bergevin's reaction -- picks up his glass, takes one last sip, then gets up and leaves. What's the point, right?

Of course he did express his disappointment to McCreary about the goal and the icings.

How the hell am I expected to get to bed or go to work tomorrow? But I still have to get 2 kids on the bus for 7AM, a third one is going to the orthodontist for an 8AM. No sleeping in for me.

that zibby goal wasen't a kicking motion, he positioned he skate to get a deflection but he's not kicking it. c'mon there's no need especially at the speed the puck was coming. the whole thing is BS. just nitpicking really.

I honestly thought that goal was a kicking motion... Ottawa got lucky for sure.

Yeah, you can redirect but not kick. Zib was flying in stopping... good goal.
