Tampa doesn't need to sign Malik anymore. They can take this guy for 1.25 million and be an instantly better team (which wouldn't be hard at this point).

LA might take him too. Seeing their game yesterday - they are Diddle woeful.

LA just claimed someone off waivers, so they at the back of the list now.

LA just lost Johnson for 3 months (shoulder surgery). They might as well fold up the tent and wait for the lottery.

Wow, that hurts his development more than anything.

I thought they were going to be run and gun and a lot of fun - losing 7-6 or 5-4, but from what I've watched so far - they are bad. Like...Leafs bad but without the goalie.

That's Diddle (ing) handy that you can put a guy through waivers a 2nd time without putting him on re-entry waivers first.
