The hit on Spezza looked like he bent his neck in half. Spezza went down immediately with his hand up to his neck, just below the ear. Staal definitely aimed to hit him, and he slashed him pretty hard just before (no call, of course). Geeze, when Don Cherry is pointing out the discrepancies in refereeing *against* the Sens you know it's bad.
