Bah, let him have his picks. Especially since Philly won that game.

6 (including myself) are OK with letting him have his picks. I'd say 7, including Aetherial himself, but after last night I'm not sure he'd agree

Spreadsheet updated (link is in the first post) with Aetherial's picks.

My laptop died so I have to use my old upstairs PC. On my desktop I had a copy of the 2009 Brackets Pool spreadsheet. Ah, the memories. That year (I believe that was the first one?) I had entered the Final round with a 5 point lead, but along with almost everyone else I picked Detroit. Pittsburgh won and Clutch and dennycrane picked up 16 points each and that was the ballgame. I finished 3rd, six points back of dennycrane (2nd) and 10 back of the winner, Clutch. Davethrave abstained (yeah, we've had drama here) or he would have finished at least tied for 2nd.

Anything can happen; anyone can win. But it's likely to be Clutch.

I forgot to enter lol. My picks were: Rangers in 7, Flyers in 6, Panthers in 6, Caps in 6, Kings in 6, Preds in 5, Sharks in 5, and Coyotes in 5.

Doesn't mean anything for this contest, but those were my pre-series picks.

Boston just woke up. Rangers are still favorites. St. Louis. New Jersey. You'll have a few points.

OK, two more series done with Tuk Tuk and some guy named wprager sharing the lead at 11. A Sens win tomorrow will push me into a clear lead, but if Washington wins it this afternoon then dennycrane will pick up a full 3 points for the lead. No matter, the Sens will win it in 6 tomorrow and I'll be back in the lead

In the East, New Jersey is facing elimination tonight, the Boston/Washington game 7 tomorrow, and Ottawa/Rangers on Thursday. If Devils win tonight they'll join us in 7th Heaven on Thursday.

All of this means that Round One *WILL BE* finished Thursday night (or early Friday, if we are lucky). I *believe* that Round Two will then begin on Saturday, but so far no games have been scheduled. Be prepared to make your picks and PM them to me before puck drops on Round Two.
