I'd love it if they started Rask. His playoff stats are horrible -- just 1 assist in 13 games! Just what is the point of providing scoring stats (and *not even* W/L) for goalies?

That one's gotta hurt for Barfalo. As much as it would such a remarkable story if they manage to go from 14th in the Conference to a playoff spot, the way they played for the first 4 months of the season they really don't deserve to be there. However they've got two against the Leafs coming up.

Ideal situation for the Sens today:
- Leafs beat the Sabres in regulation
- Habs beat the Capitals in regulation
- Sens beat the Flyers

Would be nice if the 'Canes beat the Devils and the Isles beat the Bruins... but that would just be the icing on the top.

Canes officially eliminated, but will it be a wake or a funeral? Hard to tell. Hard to play all loosey-goosey against a team like the Devils.

Sens have a bad record in games after a 3+ day rest. We need that "law of averages" kicking in big time.

Zero chance the Leafs beat the Sabres (I'm challenging Karma here, I hope).

The Habs started the post-Gauthier/Gainey era by losing 4-1. Granted, it was against a President's Trophy (almost typed President's Choice, there:) ) contender, but still. Maybe it's because they partied late (Ding dong, the witch is gone... and all that).

Leafs home losing streak has to come to an end at some point... doesn't it?
