After 40 minutes, the B-Sens lead 3-1. Shots on goal favor the Checkers 27-22. Keller put one in just after time expired. B-Sens were on a powerplay that will have another 1:16 to go to start the third.

B-Sens had 4 of the top-6 playoff scorers entering the game. Smith (at #6) has 3 points tonight. Daugavins (#5) has 2. I'd say the B-Sens will have 4 of the top 5 spots locked up before the night is over.

Actually, make that 4 of the top *4*. Sitting in 4th spot is Nigel Dawes of the Manitoba Moose (who are out). Daugavins and Smith are now 1 point ahead of Dawes. Unless Dolpe gets 6 points tonight, they'll have the top 4 spots.
