I doubt it's a 1 hour drive. I'd read that you arrive back in Ottawa around 3AM. And heaven help you if the game goes into OT.

While it is leave Ottawa at 11:00 am, and leaving Binghamton at 10:30pm, it's also arrive in Ottawa at 3:00am. Binghamton is over 400 km away.
