Not a good idea at all IMO.

So he should sit at home in Kingston and just watch TV? Haha, really?

I dunno Neely, a club? Go out for dinner, go to a movie, go to pub, but a club can be dangerous. Now's not really the time.

Club vs Pub? Like it makes a difference if you're hammered, haha.

Kid is 19 and has millions, only so much you can expect. As long as he shows up for work, does his job, and works hard, kid can do what he wants.

I assume you're joking (again). There's no reason why he couldn't be at a club. This isn't anything out of the ordinary. Just because a guy is not capable of playing NHL hockey at a given moment, doesn't mean he can't be out enjoying life. Just ask Mark Recchi.

I'm sure The Name Dropper will ask him at breakfast.

Meh, I don't really care either way, but I would avoid the clubs if I was him.

Is there an inherent danger to clubs that I'm not aware of? Please explain why this is dangerous - I'm curious.

The Mark Recchi reference was about Mark calling out Pacioretty after MaxPax was spotted at a movie theatre days after having his neurons rearranged by big Z.

Wasn't Hall of Famer, Denis Potvin, "awful" for saying the same thing?

Aw Tim...what do you want me to say? I went to clubs all the time as a younger man and there was always Dung going down between the dudes that were there, fights over women, hitting on someone's girlfriend by accident. Basically a throng of hormonal teens with too much to drink. That's not an optimum scenario for a leader/face of a franchise, but I will say again: I don't care and shall not comment on this again.

Well Recchi was right. Somebody who just suffered a concussion and a broken vertebrae shouldn't be at a moive theatre.

All Denis did was try to tell the story of what Mark Recchi said regarding MaxPax. The problem was he tried to tell this story in the middle of a play. While broadcasting.

The guy must be Wolverine because he is on the ice again. Him and Kurt Angle are American Hero's. They both go out and perform with a "broken friggin neck".

All I will say is: What do you think young NHLers do?????

The are stored in a locker over night and only come out for games and practices. Players should not be allowed to go to clubs or anything of the sort. They are hockey players, that's it. I don't even think they should have kids as it is a distraction from the game.

Yep, that's what I meant. Hopefully no one burned any brain cells in this thread, because it ain't very smart.
