I don't remember ever being able to draw this well with one of these things.

That's not even possible is it? Doesn't the drawing have to be one continuous unbroken line?

Yes, it is one unbroken line, and no, that's not fake. That one in particular, the artist has done several different types. That Obama one took 80 hours according to the artist. Check out the article, which has several more pictures he's created. There are many other artists it seems, but this guy seems like a top one.

Lets not "derail" this topic into an Etch-a-Sketch appreciation thread. Wink

We could just name it the random stuff appreciation thread. Laugh1

Or do we believe that Ketchup deserves it's own thread?

It is definitely the random thread but it all started as a result of Ketchup and the great debate surrounding it so out of appreciation for the root cause of this thread I think we should keep it as is. Dancing

SSF brought up Delissio pizza in the GDT. I just want to say that, while it imitates pizza, that product is not pizza and shouldn't be allowed to use the name.

Shame on you Kraft. Shame.

In general, frozen pizzas do a horrible job imitating actual pizza. Not entirely sure why, but it’s just the way it is. I certainly still eat them and like them, but it's just not anywhere near as good as getting delivery.

On the pizza note, anyone else love Willy’s?? There are 5 locations scattered around western Ottawa. It’s the best.

I recently made pizza dough from the bread maker and cooked a pizza on a pizza stone with parchment paper. I'll never make a pizza any other way from now on. The crust turns out perfect and despite loading it with veggies the pizza was not water logged in the slightest. I do love delivery from time to time but making it at home can't be beat IMO. I also like knowing exactly what goes in the dough etc...

Yeah, making it at home is fantastic as well, assuming you have the right sauce and mix of ingredients. Sauce is key.
