It's confirmed that there will be a new third. Also, the president I believe said that the barber poles will be an element of the new jersey.

Yes. What gave it away? The word "concept"? It's the closest thing my "source" could find on the net that looks like the actual 3rd jersey. The 3rd jersey design is final, and has been seen by many people who work for the Sens. I think the shoulders will have another patch on them, but other than that, this is pretty much it.

Not much difference, just prefer the sleeves, and the lack of stripes on the bottom. Less busy, nice and minimal.
