I'm a big fan of Tyrion (the midget) and his buddy...whatever his name is...the guy that fought in his name when Tyrion was still a prisoner.

Oh, and I liked that red-headed hooker, when she was around.

I suck with names, that's why I call Jon Snow the Bastard, and need to nickname most of them. I definitely had to google Arya. Facepalm

But I agree. I also really liked Arya's teacher Syrio Forel. That guy was a badass. Hoping he's still alive.

I love this show. Can't believe we'll have to wait another 10 months after Sunday.

Yeah, it took me quite a while to get the names down. I, too, was a big fan of Arya's teacher,

Not really watching anything. Visiting my folks and looking through some old pictures. Got a bit nostalgic so I went and googled my old street name:

http://www.mountainskiproperties.ru/propview.php?id=216&cat=Moscow_Rentals

That's our old apartment building. We lived on the 12th floor. When we moved in the building was brand new and the elevators were not yet operational. Imagine having to walk up 12 flights of stairs every day. nd the people who lived on the 15th floor were even worse off.

All of it or did you just start? I re-watched it last year with my (now) 14 year old, and we are re-watching again, this time with his younger (now 13) brother. We just started S6 yesterday.

And I've got a few more up my sleeve. Have all of BSG (including "Razor" and "The Plan" Facepalm ) but I figure they'd have to be a bit older for that one. Maybe I'll go through my James Bond "Ultimate" collection first.

Just the pilots.

I got a $100 gift card free from Apple, so I am buying lots of random TV showed I haven't seen.

I bought BSG first episode but haven't watched it yet. I was confused because I bought episode 1, yet when I played the episode it said "previously on Battlestar Galactica". Shrug

You should check out the show Psych. Not many people know about it because it doesn't come on TV in Canada often, but it's a show about a fake psychic, sort of like the mentalist, but in comedy form. Lot of the humour is pop culture references, but the lead actors all seem to have some pretty good chemistry:

BSG started with a 3-hour miniseries. If the episode you got is titled "33" then you're missing quite a bit. You have to start with the mini-series as it sets everything up. Even if you had seen the original, it's not enough.

+1 on SOA
Californication is good too (for the boobies)

I can get all those HBO shows on demand free here with my HBO sub.

In the summer without hockey, it's easy to smoke through seasons of stuff.

SOA season 4 premiere Sept 6.

Apparently FX is coming to Canada soon...

SuperChannel in Canada carries it, though they probably started at S1.

Curb Your Enthusiasm might be the funniest show on TV right now.

Also still trying to decide on what service to go with: Bell, Rogers or Shaw.

Looking at just a basic HD package and want to get Sportsnet and TSN - basically want to see all Sens games.

This was mentioned by Dash, but Sons of Anarchy is a terrific show.

I just finished the first season and am in awe. Probably the most well-cast show I've ever seen...everyone fits into their role perfectly.

A good balance of action, humor, drama, intrigue, etc.... Simply great. Probably one of the top 3 shows I've ever seen.
