I finished Season 3 of Sons of Anarchy (FX Network) a couple weeks ago. It is an amazing series only in the US (FX) starring Katey Sagal, Ron Perlman and Charlie Hunnam.

It's about a motorcycle gang from California, set in the fictional town of Charming, CA. It's really, really good. I recommend checking it out somehow, like Icefilms or torrent.

I used to be a fan of Durham County, starring Hugh Dillon, but I missed an episode of the 3rd and final season, and I lost interest - kind of went off on a weird path.

Other shows:

Fringe (very cool show starring a personal fav of mine, Joshua Jackson), Two and a Half Men (always hilarious), True Blood, Entourage, Hung, Nurse Jackie, Dexter,  (all of which are finished right now)

I liked Flashpoint (Hugh Dillon)  but I have no idea what is going on with them right now.

Right now I'm watching:

- the last episode of Crapica (no, I did not misspell it; the writers did)
- reruns of 30 Rock, Community
- Lost "Bonus Features" until S5 box-set arrives (re-watching with my 14-year-old)

Caprica actually started getting better in the last 3-4 episodes. Finally an actual character you could root for a bit (Lacy?) but, still, what a depressing, confusing yarn. Can't wait till they roll out Blood and Chrome to get back to some BSG action.

This is the Dead Season. Everything I care about is on hiatus. The things I care about, thought:

Fringe (#1 sci-fi, #1 for me)
Chuck (just see my avatar)
Castle
V (it's coming back soon; sucker for sci fi and it actually started getting good)
The Event (hanging on by a fingernail; if it wasn't sci fi it'd be dead to me already)
Community
Parks & Rec (can't wait for it to be back)
Outsourced (yeah, it started out bad, but it's getting good)
30 Rock
The Office (not so much, any more)

And, of course, HNIC.

How I met your Mother is one of the funniest (if not the funniest) show on tv right now. That show has taken over Modern Family for me this season, Modern Family has lost its touch while How I met Your Mother gets better and better with each passing episode. The cast chemistry reminds me a lot of Friends. It's a great show, great humour, not for kids (mind you they probably wouldn't catch on to any of the jokes).

Reality TV to not miss is; Amazing Race - just awesome and exciting to watch. Hell's Kitchen - drama drama drama, but well worth watching, tooth to nail fighting throughout every episode, extremely entertaining. When it is on True Beauty is a show to watch as well, it might sound like a stupid show and look stupid the first time you watch it, but it's a great concept for a show and it really works.

Modern Family, Cougar Town, Office, Outsourced and 30 Rock are also favourites. I have season 1-3 on my ipod and I watch at least an episode nightly lol. I have seen all those episodes probably 5-6 times each haha. I have season 4 on my laptop too :D

I heard Matt Dillon's going to be on Modern Family as Claire's ex lol.

I haven't seen the Outsourced movie, which my dad insists is better. He's really into the Indian movies since we live in Brampton which is huge in Indian culture. For him it's like being in the movie lol

I didn't like this past HK - didn't like any of the chefs. But it's fun to watch cause I get so uncomfortable when he flips out on the chefs.

I thought I'd check it out on Rogers On Demand but they only have episodes 5&6. Come on, a 6-episode show, not even available in HD, and they can't keep 6 lousy episodes? I shouldn't complain, because ROD is free (my parents are with Videotron in Quebec and there's pretty much nothing free on demand worth watching).

LOL, it's amazing how many shows you forget to mention.... my girlfriend and I love Walking Dead. It'll be interesting to see how long they can keep it going though.

Here are a couple links for winter/midseason stuff:

http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2010/12/27/mid-season-tv-premiere-schedule-january-march-2011/76627

On my radar:
V
Merlin (the boys like it)
Parks & Rec (less than 4 weeks to go!)
The Event (very skeptical, but it's Sci Fi so I must)

And of course all the shows returning from hiatus (I guess The Event falls into that category, but it will have been off so long that it will feel like a new season).

Just finished watching PotC:At World's End on blu ray. Meh, didn't enjoy the ending. So they've got #4 coming out this year and they don't even have Orlando and Keira in it. Bah! It's still pirates, and she's the King of the Bretheren's Court, while he's the Captain of the Flying Dutchman.

Castle and V return this week. Back to our regularly scheduled programs.

Good call Dash, IMO Sons of Anarchy is the best show out there right now.

My sister got the Modern Family first season for christmas, I hadn't seen it before but it's hilarious, great for the whole family.

Just finished watching Season 5 of Dexter. Not as good as the last season, but that's pretty hard to top.

Also got the first 2 seasons of Breaking Bad. Going to start that soon, I'm hearing really good things.

Every time I hear AD mentioned I cry a little, inside. What a great show. How far have you gotten?

I love the US The Office (well, at least until last season); tried watching a couple episodes of the UK one and just couldn't get into it.
