although it makes sense to trade Kessel(well from day 2 it made sense) cox is an absolute moron. all he writes and proves himself is with insight. current talk is always garbage. again he compares carter to kessel. really? carter was under contract for a long time to come and was in a n way a rental.
IMO anybody aquiring kessel should pay a lower price. with maybe a conditional if he resigns. it will be interesting to see who takes a run at kessel with that in mind. first name that comes to mind for some reason is pitts. kennedy on the second line could be replaced. they have bunch of prospect D-man and could part with a 1st as they might be expected to be a late first. personally i'd stay clear of him..

I'm not sold on carlyle but whoever decided to get youth to start playing has finally gotten the right plan on track. whether it's carl or nonn. i'm hoping they pull another Dung show to be honest. nothing like seeing that organization miss the playoffs year in year out without bottoming.

But in the meantime, Komisarek is out, and the only clue coach Randy Carlyle will give is that said fiberglass chip made its way into said eyeball by Komisarek "doing something he regrets."

My money is on Phaneuf.
