Sens didn't even show up at the last game when the Leafs beat us. That own goal by Karlsson took what little energy we had out, Leafs were awful in that game and we should have won, instead we make Reimer look like a Vezina nominee.

For whatever reason this team always plays down to the level of their opposition. We show up and play hard against top teams but mail it in against the bottom feeders. I may be wrong but it seems the Islanders are the only bottom feeding team we've got a winning record against.

As someone who has actually somewhat defended the Leafs (only somewhat, I am a Sens fan afterall) that team is a complete joke. They literally built their team the complete opposite way the Sens did and it has bit them in the Donkey.

I'd say at least 50/50 he trades it, anyone he drafts this year won't be a factor for 2+ years and if they miss the playoffs next year Burke will join Gauthier on the NHL GM Unemployment line.

I wonder if he'll panic to trade for a goalie with that 1st rounder. Book it.

Well Galchenyuk could be available with that 5th overall pick, and he's a skilled potential top 6 center.

But if you can get Cory Schneider for that pick, do you do it?

they pick second or third they'll land forsberg I would think. Edmonton will go with the highest D-man on their list I would think.
