Sorry Spez, missed your question: he has a "B-" potential (B-, B-, B- | OFF., DEF., ATHL). Just looked through the OHL teams goalies, and the highest is 67 (Matt Hackett).

Sweet! It looks sooo slick. In the Create a team mode, is there the option to hold a Fantasy Draft or do you have to create all your players?

When creating a team you have to move 18 players onto your team like last year or the team wont save. And last year when you did it, editing the roster was impossible. You wound up with duplicates, which sucked.

So if you were going to replace Winnipeg with Phoenix, you would have to add all the players from the Yotes to the Jets.

Hey, welcome. I have added Atlanta, Columbus and Phoenix to the large post above with the rest of the teams. Will slowly start adding the rest of the NHL teams one by one.

Thanks for doing this Dash. I'm sure everyone appreciates it.

Also I think the reason some players are high/low rated is because they added new attributes (Hand-eye, fighting, stick check, strength). I think Loui Eriksson should be an 85 and Morrow an 82/83. But since they added those attributes Eriksson can't fight and isn't as strong as Morrow so he is rated lower. If that makes any sense. Same goes with Barch, Sutherby, Segal and Burish.

I think the ratings are fairly balanced. As SD mentioned, they "handed out 80s" lol. You basically know guys that are 78+ are your everyday NHLers, then your 72-78 are your AHLers/fringer NHLers, and then you have the 50-75 that are your CHLers, with the 65-75 being the cream of the crop of the CHL.

I can deal with Lehner being as highly rated as Hackett. It sounded like a major diss, but I guess they start OHLers off pretty low, but with potential.

LOL ya, we NHL fans love our NHL games and all info and people are dying for it before the game comes out Sept 7. I will continue to post info/pics for people here. There were like 40+ guests online last night too.

BAGM update:

Edit 1: So I started a bagm with Ottawa post-draft as my starting point, just to see if CHL guys were available for call-up, and Cowen and Lehner are there. Hoffman, Culek, etc must not have signed their deals as of the roster update.

Guys in the CHL, some of them have "2-way deals" and salary, meaning they have signed ELCs with NHL clubs. I'm wondering if there's a way to edit players who havent signed yet with their clubs.

Edit 2: So I just went to "Contracts" in the beagm menu and all my unsigned prospects are there: Rundblad, Culek, Sandin, M. Karlsson, Wick, Petersson, Mark Stone

Edit 3: In the "Edit Player" section of the "Creation Zone", every player has a pro team affiliation that you can edit. So drafted or not, some players do not have the right affiliation, hence why Kassian was in the draft for BAGM. (Mike) Hoffman was also not assigned to Ottawa's affiliation so I changed that. This is a great feature.

Boy, I want to get my hands on playing with Rundblad and Culek ASAP. And Petersson for that matter.

It would be neat if they would change players potentials based on the amount of time they spend in the minors - or if you play the in the NHL and they do well.

Or do they already?

Thats awesome. Jack Campbell will win the Calder for me. I may do a little editing with his potential depending on what it is. I'm thinking A, A, A, Hehehe
