By the way, Duthie has a gut-wrenching story on Taylor Pyatt up on the TSN.ca site. If you recall, Pyatt's fiance was killed in a car accident a year ago, 4 months before their wedding date. Pyatt is now playing with Phoenix.

When was the last time every series was knotted up 1-1 after the first two games? With the exception of Chicago-Nashville, every series was 1-1 after the first two games. Chicago will try to keep that "streak" alive tonight, starting at 8:30 PM EST.

Wow, that was such a back-breaking way to lose. But Boyle didn't have clear possession of the puck, skating out with no-one on him. Nabokov *has to be* tight against the post. If it had gone in long-side then I'd say fluke, no chance. But it went in short side, and while it's still a fluke, it's an easily-preventable one. Not as bad as Fleury not hugging the post on Neil's shot, but still.

But Anderson with 51 saves, wow. I am not hanging anything on Elliott, but if we get that kind of performance in one of the last two games we're up 2-1.
