And who knows about Sandin, Petersson and Silfverberg. Would be exciting to see Hoffman and Cowick take the next step too. And if Greening, Grant and Caporusso come in, wow.

Would love to see this team move closer to Ottawa though, if that Cornwall rumour ever came true, that would be huge.

The farm team won't move to Cornwall unless the Sens are willing to subsidize the majority of operating costs. We were burnt by Québec when the Aces were here and we were asked to assume the bulk of the financial burden -- the population pool is simply not sufficiently large or well-off to support a professional or even a major junior franchise. To wit: Binghamton finished next-to-last in AHL attendance this season, averaging just over 3,600 fans a game; Cornwall, in stark contrast, has never managed to muster more than 2,000 + with the Aces or, before that, the OHL Royals -- in spite of owners icing very competitive teams.

I'd love to see it happen, though the CJHL Colts would not be too thrilled at the prospect.

Wow, Bass won best defensive forward. Very impressive. I thought he had a really bad year.

Agreed, Spirou. I'm also in favour of having the Bingo Sens move to Cornwall. Let's make it happen!

Then maybe the Colts could relocate to Morrisburg? Goodness knows they'd draw more people there than any of the met Ottawa CJHL teams (Nepean excluded).
