The amount of times I've heard the Senators bench scream out about a penalty is borderline ridiculous.
At some point, the referees aren't just letting the game take its course, they're encouraging dangerous play and increasing the chance of a player getting injured.

Sutton rules too. I love him. All of a sudden I find myself desperately wanting to get rid of Kuba and keep Sutton and Volchenkov - even though I know that's puck-moving suicide, I love these big diddlers. Campoli needs to play a much bigger roles next year if Volchenkov goes, that's probably the guy who can get his game together with more playing time.

I watched little of it live, but there was at least one time that McGuire mentioned rebound control. That first goal on Miller was all about rebound control, was it not? There were a couple others where he blocked a shot and it went up in the aird, almost over him and into the net -- had no idea where it was; is that rebound control, too? Did Pierre mention anything about Miller's rebound control?

I see the three stars (NHL.com) are Elliott-Spezza-Gaustad. But I'm pretty sure McGuire called Kelly his "Monster". Mind you, that was before the game was over. Did he change his mind? I doubt it.
