Donovan the healthy scratch; Winchester in.

Not sure I agree, but I'm no the coach.

I actually kinda like the thought of that, but I swear if that's to keep Fisher and Kovalev together I will lose my mind, lol.

Regin - Spezza - Alfredsson
Shannon - Cullen - Kovalev
Foligno - Fisher - Kelly
Ruutu - Winny - Neil
Dono

Kuba is a late scratch! Carkner back in to play with Karlsson. But Carkner had an upper body injury.

Although, Cullen's excellent at faceoffs, I still expect to see him there with Spez and Alfie. As for Fisher and Kovalev - I would split them up for sure, Regin and Kovalev, while the FFS line is re-united.

Where was that reported Spez?

I can't recall now. Laugh1 I'll look.

Melnyk spoke on Friday to the GM, coach and players (not sure if it was together or separate). Gee, I wonder what he had to say.

Because he's not as experienced as Cullen and because he doesn't appear to excel at wing? I wouldn't have done it this way, but it can't hurt, he plays very, very hard and might perk Alfredsson up a little.

One thing's for sure, Michalek wasn't working up there - and hasn't for a while, so this definately can't hurt. Alfie needs to think "Shoot first!", same with Spezza, get the lane, shoot the puck, regroup, do it again.

See above. It's a marking day for me.

Well, good thing Kuba is a warrior although if it's a groin he might as well rest it, those really are tough to play with and if not healthy can be nearly impossible.

Hopefully they just play with some sort of effort today, that's all I am really looking for, well that and a solid performance from Leclaire.

I hate "Rebirro" (that's the way they're pronouncing it).
