Time to tame the cats!
Ottawa (40-30-5, 85 pts, 2nd in the North East and 5th in the Eastern Conference) host Florida (30-32-11, 12th in the Conference) tonight at SBP.
Ottawa's domination over the Sabres continued as the Sens, along with a spectacular show of net minding, beat Buffalo on the road 4-2. Despite some spectacular saves from Miller it seemed to be destined to be a win for the Sens.

With a quick turn around again with the second of back to backs this week alone the Sens will look to carry that momentum home with them against a very desperate Florida team that may already realize the playoffs are no longer possible but would still love to play spoiler. This should be an easy two points but as we all know it rarely works that way for our team.

I see CBC picked up tonight's game. Originally, they didn't have it -- I know this because, at the beginning of the year, I pencil in every Sens game (broadcast time, location, etc.) into my bigass calendar, and I had this one penciled in as a "CI -- Centre Ice" game.

Yay! Down with the tyranny of the Toronto Maple Leaf hegemony!

I read somewhere that Elliot is 6-0 in his career on the 2nd night of back-to-backs. Also looks like Kovalev draws back in tonight for Shannon.

For those going to the game dont forget to put on your 'hockey face at scotiabank place'

"Hockey-lovin' face". That one deserves another look:
