Interesting practice lines (from twitter):
Kelly-Cullen-Alfredsson
Michalek-Spezza-Foligno
Shannon-Regin-Kovalev
Ruutu-Winchester-Neil/Donovan

Interesting is one word I would use...

Since when can Foligno play a RW?

Why not do:

Foligno - Spezza - Kovalev
Michalek - Cullen - Alfredsson
Kelly - Regin - Shannon (sorry Regin GAME DAY: Toronto Maple Leafs @ Ottawa Senators – 7:30PM EST, Tuesday, March 16, 2010 - Page 5 489887 )
Ruutu - Winchester - Neil

Is it the reason he's been sucking arse?

It better be the only reason he's been sucking arse. Hopefully he resolves it quickly and comes back to play like he started the year.

Yep. We're dying out there with Alfie sucking, Fisher, Kovalev, Spezza (although I maintain he's been decent). They all need to wake up - badly. Michalek, Regin. Everyone, but it really shows when our top guys are all wandering around the ice like they're lost.

Man I hope we pull the one out tonight and convincingly. I will start to get extremely worried if we don't win.

No. He saw another AI Finalist -- Katherine McPhee -- on NBC's "Community" last week and figured he picked the wrong one. If anyone remembers, Katherine McPhee was the one who sang Somewhere over the Rainbow that still gives my wife chills (but she lost to Tyler Hicks). She's now on TV and she's pretty good. Didn't recognizer her at all.

Indeed. I try to make jokes rather than give grammar lessons though. Razz

I noticed while watching other NHL games that the Sens don't skate enough. I don't know if it's lack of chemistry or laziness, but when the defense get the puck on the point, nobody's moving and they just dump it in or shoot on goal and, of course, if nobody's moving, the opponent will block that shot very easily.

I think the key to winning this game is going to be scoring more goals than we allow.

Tottally agree, I watched the Wings / Flames game last night and was in awe to see all the players skating so damn hard, if they had the puck or not. If you're going to only be on the ice for 50 seconds, might as well work your tail off while you're out there.

Did you rip that off from Gordie's keys to victory? Sarcasm

Let's start by scoring...say 4 goals. Including 2 in the first 10 minutes. That'll be a nice start. GAME DAY: Toronto Maple Leafs @ Ottawa Senators – 7:30PM EST, Tuesday, March 16, 2010 - Page 5 85287

How about a Sens goal in the first minute of play followed by no more than 1 goal for the Leafs all game.

691 page loads all yesterday vs. 623 so far today. Nothing like a BoO to get the page loads back to respectable levels. We should easily crack 1500 by the end of the day. I still find that Monday page load count very odd.

It's still not as busy as usual in here though.
