Which current roster player of the Sens is most likely to be traded by Wednesday?

For all we know, Murray's comments were just posturing. Personally, I would think it a travesty for Volchenkov to make a penny more than Phillips, but the way contract terms are staggered, that's how it goes sometimes.
Losing A-Train for nothing is not an option, however.

$4-4.5 million for that length to a player who plays the way Volch does is ludacris. In a cap world it's too much to give up for a guy diving in front of pucks the way he does. Volch is only going to become older increasing the likelihood of injury. He doesn't have the skill-set to turn into more of a positional, offensive-defenceman and his body will break down with age. That money is okay for a two year ontract and Murray know it. Jason Smith anyone?
