Is that "news"? I didn't know the Sens were planning on bidding for the All Star game.

I thought they were told they'd be getting an upcoming All Star game because they've hosted a shortened draft with Crosby and a full draft and still no All Star game.

Oh, and let's hope the Sens players don't play any word association mind games with the title of that show Smile

I'm guessing "Where is/was Claire" will be one of the questions answered.

along with her (and jack's) father, Esau, Locke, "they are coming"... I think I'm asking a lot here for one episode...

And Kostytsin scored. Good, I don't want then anywhere near Hall. 9th place is ideal GAME DAY: Ottawa Senators @ Buffalo Sabres - 7:00pm ET - Wed. Feb. 3. 2010 - Page 2 54934

The producers said in some interview that they will answer the questions that would be of interest and direct relevance to the survivors. As a specific example they said something to the effect "The wouldn't really care about who built the statue". Umm, Sayid specifically asked about it. There's the small matter of the four toes. And, no, they are not simply being imagined by Matt Groening.

Well, since they touched in the BIble territory, I would guess some Greek/Egyptian mythology research could explain the statue.

Theirs = belonging or pertaining to "they"
There's = a contraction for "there is"
Theres = a grammar-coma-inducing typo

Don't let me get started on "its" versus "it's".

They've been all over the map, but the theme of philosophers has been much more prevalent than Biblical ones, IMO. Free will versus destiny is certainly a central theme, but the Bible kind of straddles the fence on that one. Yes, we have free will, yet it's "Thy will be done ...", plus everything in Revelations and all the prophecies certainly point to pre-destiny.

Hmm, maybe I should rephrase that second sentence and change "but" to "and".

For the record, I watched the recap and about the first half hour, only. Not sure what to think of it yet, other than the actors certainly have aged a lot. They didn't even try to make them look like they did back in 2003.

For the record, I have not voted. I'd love it for them to extend the streak to ten because, frankly, I don't really look forward to starting a thread on "The top-ten things I hate about Buffalo".

Then, again .....

10. The Bills. Don't know why, I don't even follow the NFL, but I needed something for #10.

9. Rick Jeannerete. I prefer announcers with both testicles in their pre-prdained locations.

8. Bob Cole. He resides there, doesn't he?

7. Lindy Ruff. Can't think of a single reason and not enough time to rattle them all off.

6. That awful hairpiece/slug logo.

5. The morons who decided that they needed to replace/update the old logo.

4. Barnaby's hat-trick on Mother's Day.

3. Pomminville. Actually, Pomminville's goal.

2. Derek Roy. 'Nuff said.

1. The nightlife. Not that I'm all that experienced with it, but a guy I used to know said New York was better.

Sorry, stressful times, mornings. Have to get lunches/breakfasts done, then brushing teeth/hair and trying to make the bus. Grammar is the last straw Smile

OK, enough with the frivolities, I've got about 5 minutes before I have to run or I miss the next bus.

GO SENS GO!!!!!!
