The American Hockey League today handed down a three (3) game suspension to Binghamton Senators left wing Tim Spencer. The suspension was as a result of his actions during the third period of Wednesday's game at Norfolk. He was penalized for leaving the bench. He received a game misconduct as a result of his actions.
Spencer was suspended under the provisions of AHL Rule 29.1 (supplementary discipline). He will miss Binghamton's games tonight (Nov. 13) at Adirondack, Saturday (Nov. 14) vs. Manchester and Wednesday (Nov. 18) at Hartford.
