Tonights 3 Picks

I'm going to do this every night for something different and fun.

Montreal at Toronto

Home openers are tough but I like Montreal coming in and stealing The Leafs thunder.

Take The Habs by 1 as the slight underdog at 1.85.

Washington has always lit up Tim Thomas and are coming in with a ton of confidence from last years playoffs while Boston was a bit dissapointed and lost Kessel. I think Washington takes this one pretty easily tonight.

Take Washington plus 2 goals over Boston at 2.70 with the over.

Finally San Jose at Colorado. San Jose is the easy favorite here but dont be so quick to jump on their band wagon. They are retiring Sakic's number tonight and The Sharks could end up be slugish because of this while Colordado has a lot of motivation. Upset of the night, Colorado over San Jose.

Take Colorado by 1 at 2.30

I'll do this in the morning from now on, haha.

I will also keep a tab on my record over the year that way people can rip me.

Sure, but your bets pay nothing, lol. The likelyhood of all 3 teams winning by 2 is very long as well.

I'll just do winners for tonight's games:
- Leafs over the Habs
- Caps over the Bruins
- Avs over the Sharks
- Canucks over the Flames

Hope people took my advice, lol.

Montreal doesn't look very good, though. Shots aer 30-13 Leafs.

I really don't like the make-up of the Canadiens this year. They lost 5 top-6 forwards and their #2 defenceman in the off-season and replaced them with the three smurfs and Hal Gill.

The only addition I like is Spacek.

Well, I gotta hand it to you on the Habs' pick. I like the Toronto team more than the Montreal one (in terms of roster competency), but the Habs squeaked it out.

2 for 2 so far tonight. Good odds on both as well.
