Yeah, I know what you're saying; I'm just not impressed. I wish I could justify to spend the $ on a PS3 (mind you, it wouldn't help with Netflix as it's not a supported device) ...

Just buy the PS3 guys, this game alone can justify it:

Still doesn't change the fact that you have to pay for XBox live. Wii and PS are free to play online. I have all 3 (well my kids do) and XBox 360 is my least favorite.

Never mind. Diddle. We got there and it's the Arcade Bundle that's 150 with 256 megs of memory instead of 60 GIGs of memory. So the external hard drive would have been another $100 bucks on top of that.

The PS3 is 299 there tomorrow, that would be the better purchase, but for now, I'll keep waiting. :waiting:

I just bought Uncharted 2, OMG the graphics

Just finished Wolverine - very fun game. Very fun.

Playing Dead Space...probably the most underrated game ever made. Also worth mentioning is that this might be one of the top 5 gruesome games ever made.

Apparently you can buy the XBOX with 256 megs or whatever and it'll still save your progress through NHL 2010 and other games you want to save. It just won't allow you to download 4 gig games and Dung from online. Now, I don't give a Diddle about those downloadable games, never will, I'm pretty simple when it comes to playing my games.

So, do I take the risk and just get the 256 meg XBOX?

meh, forget Xbox, get a PS3, 299 and you get a blu ray player too, best bang for you buck.

Edit: Microsoft Sucks, Sony Rules.

One thing I heard about the XBox is they overheat so if you do get one make sure you don't stuff it into an entertainment unit where it can't get good air flow.

I don't need the BR, this is for upstairs in our room, so I can chill out on weekends or late at night and play some NHL2010. I need nothing but the standard system and something that'll save my progress, so I think I might be okay with the littler unit.

However, yes, I agree, I'm a Sony man, but man, I just wanna play some games.
